I am visually impaired. It took me several minutes to figure out the topiary shape. Funny! Cop Car
Funny and totally daft. But also very tactless and hardly likely to get on well with your neighbours!
Let's hope that it was a case of the neighbor's having a good sense of humor--and, perhaps, having helped prune the topiary. (Any chance at all?) Cop Car
