I am a bit disconcerted at finding a website called Tomatoes are Evil. I thoroughly disagree as tomatoes are a fruit (?) which I love. But some people may like the website, and some of the recipes for things like lasagna made without tomato sauce.

Sorry, Val. I know what Alfredo sauce is (it's a rich white sauce)--that's why I can't make it. My cholesterol doesn't allow me to sin that much. If I were going to sin, it wouldn't be on the lasagne: it would be on the chocolate souffle! (But, regretfully, I probably won't do that, either.) Cop Car

Cop Car, it's amazing some of the websites around, isn't it. I have no idea what Alfredo sauce is, either. Still, it is great fun.
